Where a business enables supported messaging features, relevant contact and transaction information may be processed by the messaging provider to deliver the requested communication.

Subscription expiry does not automatically delete a business's stored information.

Requests are currently handled through our support contact. An automated account-deletion service is not currently available.

Some service providers supporting Smatshop may process or store information outside Nigeria.
Where international processing occurs, we will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection requirements.

The Smatshop marketing website does not currently use its own analytics or advertising cookies.
